Registration fees include:

• Participation in all sessions
• Conference bag and conference material

• Tea-Coffee breaks
• Lunches for two days (29-30 November, 2019)
• Gala Dinner on Friday, 29th November, 2019
• Dinner on Saturday, 30th November, 2019

Note:  The fee does not cover the accommodation.

* Accommodations will be in Atatürk University’s guest houses at the campus. Please specify your accommodation details at the registration form on Register page. According to your registration form, we book your room.

** Average prices included breakfast at the guest houses of Atatürk University:

Single Room: 75 TRY-90 TRY

Double Room: 90 TRY-110 TRY

Suit Room: 180 TRY

(max. +2 extra bed available for your children and +30 TRY for one child, +50 TRY for 12+ aged children)

*** All transportations at the campus are free with service buses.
